Abstract

Finds of two little-known species of the family Tremellaceae, Bourdotia galzinii (Bres.) Trott. in Sacc. and Exidia cartilaginea Lund. et Nannf., are reported from East Bohemia. Descriptions of fruit bodies and microscopic features are included. Bourdotia galzinii was found growing on a decaying pear trunk (Pyrus communis) and is characterized by a resupinate, gelatinous hymenophore and distinctive basidia and spores.
