Abstract

In this paper, six critical species of the genus Inocybe from section Splendentes Singer are described and discussed: 1. Inocybe amblyspora Kühner, 2. Inocybe scabella (Fr.) Kummer emend. Kühner, 3. Inocybe kuehneri Stangl et Veselský nom. nov., which corresponds to Inocybe eutheles sensu Kühner, 4. Inocybe hirtella Bres., 5. Inocybe hirtelloides Stangl et Veselský spec. nov., and 6. Inocybe langei Heim sensu J. E. Lange. Additionally, Inocybe eutheles is discussed in the original sense, based on comparative study of type material and herbarium specimens from PR, M, KEW and the exsiccatae of S. Lundell and J. A. Nannfeldt (Uppsala), and typified anew.
