Abstract

Armillaria mellea (Vahl ex Fr.) Kummer, a known parasite of many deciduous and coniferous trees, was found parasitizing raspberry (Rubus idaeus L. cv. Lloyd George) in a private garden in Holany, Česká Lípa District, North Bohemia, on June 21, 1969. The report includes a detailed description and notes on the rarity of such occurrence.
