The present paper gives some information on the occurrence of aquatic Hyphomycetes in Cuba. The list of the species found indicates a close floristic relationship with those of the neighbouring island of Jamaica. Among some rarely observed representatives of aquatic Hyphomycetes, the occurrence of the species Pyramidospora casuarinae must be pointed out, because up till now, it has been known with certainty only from its original locality.
