Abstract

Several notes on the occurrence of the yellowish to orange-brown variety of Calocybe georgii (Clus. ex Fr.) Kühner var. aromatica (Roques) Pilát are presented, based on observations in the forests near Koněprusy and Tetín (Bohemia). The collector describes culinary experiences and hypothesizes environmental factors contributing to this coloration.
