Bondarzewia montana (Quél.) Sing., typically found in mountain forests on fir roots, was found three times in Prague (Cibulka) — in 1945, 1953, and 1964. The 1964 specimens are photographed in this report. This fungus is notable for its large fruitbodies and preference for fir roots.
