abstract
Seven of the rarer species of the genus Septoria are mentioned, most of them were collected in Western Bohemia. Septoria wilsonii Clinton was first found in Europe; it is a North American species. Also its host plant is a new one (Chelone barbata Cav.).

abstract
The article presents new or lesser-known Phyllosticta species from Bohemia and Moravia. These include species previously known only from type specimens and others new to Central Europe. Three species are new to science: Phyllosticta similis, P. lythri, and P. scutellariae, found on Lysimachia vulgaris, Lythrum salicaria, and Scutellaria galericulata respectively.
