Nannf. by Swiss mycologist Julius Peter in September 1968 during a joint excursion with Dr. Albert Pilát near the village of Flimms, close to Chur in Switzerland. The paper includes a description based on collected material, notes on the genera Sowerbyella and Pseudotis, and details on the known distribution.
