  abstract   The author presents the results of his revision of several mollisiaceous species described by J. Velenovský. Some of these are seen as good species and are combined into Mollisia: M. ladae comb.nov., M. peruni comb. nov., M. phragmitis comb. nov., M. velenovskyi nom. nov. Tapesia sesleriae is seen as a nomen dubium and Mollisia sesleriae ss. Krieglsteiner (1999) is therefore described as M. lothariana spec. nov.
