  abstract   A rare but macroscopically well distinguishable species of Inocybe is treated here. A neotype is designated and a new ecological variety with pinkish stipe is described and illustrated based on the authors’ collections. The previously published localities from Czechoslovakia, France, Sweden and Switzerland are critically revised.

  abstract   Based on detailed investigations and long-term field observations, the authors describe two critical species of the genus Inocybe from the section Fibrillosae: Inocybe posterula and Inocybe lucifuga. Additionally, a new species, Inocybe pseudodestricta sp. nov., is described and its taxonomic validity is justified. Synonymy and nomenclatural issues are discussed.
