  abstract   From the group of smooth-spored Inocybe with pruinose stipe only in the upper part, section Fibrillosae Heim (Inocibium apud Singer stirps 3: "stipe pruinose in upper portion"), we present the critical I. flocculosa sensu orig., and four similar species: I. deglubens (Fr.) Gill., I. gausapata Kühner, I. pallidipes Eil. et Everh. and I. subtigrina Kühner. All these species have been carefully lectotypified based on our own findings and field observations.
