BABOS M. (1980): Agaricus elvensis in der Slowakei. Česká Mykologie 34(2): 98-101 (published: 1980)
abstract
The author managed to find a very rare species of agaric, Agaricus elvensis Berk. et Br., in the arboretum of Mlyňany (Institute of Dendrobiology, Slovak Academy of Sciences). This fairly strongly reddening agaric grows typically in clusters (similar to Pholiota squarrosa). The author compares the original description of the fungus with the concepts of later authors.
