abstract
The aim of the work was to carry out fructification experiments with a suitable species of higher Basidiomycetes in vitro. Lepista nuda was selected. The best results were obtained on natural substrates. Fully developed fruit bodies were obtained in semi-sterile cultivation using beech leaves as the substrate.
