NOVOTNÝ J. (1977): Isolation of fungus Phialophora radicicola. Česká Mykologie 31(3): 170-172 (published: 1977)
abstract
Phialophora radicicola was isolated from grass roots in six locations near Brno. It coexists with Ophiobolus graminis without overgrowth. It is only mildly pathogenic to wheat and may reduce root-rot caused by more aggressive pathogens.
