The Red List is primarily located on the website of the journal Příroda.
As authors or contributors, members of the Czech Scientific Society for Mycology (ČVSM) participated on creation of the Red List. For this reason, and with consent of the Nature Conservation Agency (publisher of the journal), it is also published here on the ČVSM website.

Assessment of threatened species follows the IUCN Red List guidelines, version 15.1 (IUCN 2022), and application of IUCN Red List criteria at regional and national levels, version 4.0 (IUCN 2012). For assessment of fungal species in the Red List, methodology of Dahlberg & Mueller (2011) was applied.
